The Growatt APX 1000140-C1 power module for the APX P battery system monitors SOC, system voltage, current, cell voltage, cell temperature and PCBA temperature. It combines with APX 14.3P-B1 battery modules in the system, which are modularly stackable up to 14 units. With photovoltaic systems also designed for energy storage, the BMS is necessary if the inverter does not have a built-in controller.
